Something sweet 🍯

Hi guys! So, if you are on a busy schedule like me and you don't want to spend a lot of time and money for your meal prep, here are a few tips! As a bikini competitior, I am trying to eat as clean as I can during the week. But if I have a craving for something sweet, I make it myself. 😎 DSC_3854.JPG

This is really easy to make. All you need is:

100 grams coconut flakes
1 spoon of raw cocoa
200 ml of goat milk
200 grams of cottage cheese
2 spoons of honey
50 grams of oats
20 grams of almonds

Mix all the ingredients together, you can use a blender or a stick mixer.
