Heavy Resistance Training for Free: Shoulder Chest Triceps

It is possible to make great strength gains with out a gym membership. All you have to do is get creative with your surroundings. Here is an example of a chest, triceps, and shoulder workout I did at my freegym. I didn't film all of the sets - just one of each exercise variation. The full workout is in the youtube description.
