So I've been working out for year and I definitely see some changes in my body, but I feel like I can do better. I don't really have a meal plan/diet, mostly because I'm a college student and I'm really busy at times. I also feel like my workout plan isn't the best for me and that I can improve on it.
Workout plan:
Monday: Chest and Arms
Tuesday: Back and MAYBE legs
Wednesday: Cardio in the beginning then abs
Thursday: Chest and Arms
Friday: Back
Saturday: Everything
Sunday: Things I did not hit during the week
Any suggestions will be awesome!
