Now, you may be wondering what my 'dieting' strategy may be for this comp....
Well, it's the infamous....
If It Fits Your Macros – Essentially, I try to eat 120 grams of carbs, and 1800 calories a day. Protein and fats can be divided evenly into my calorie intake.
I use MyFitnessPal to track everything – it’s a great app if you’re trying to lose/gain weight/muscle.
Some of you may have tried IIFYM or you may think its a SCAM. But I'm here to tell you that it's really the only dieting mthod that works for me, my body and soul. This is because I will literally go insane if I do not have sugar…carbs…. Or junk food. The thought of eating twizzlers at 11pm, seriously puts a smile on my face.
Somethings you’ll never be able to give up.
