Hello friend i hope all of you enjoy this plateform today i will talk about fitness, fitness is the most important part of life, if you are fit then you do your proper work and routin but if you not fit you have phsae lots of problem in all fiel so i brought five very effective rules which can follow any one always fit in life. these are

  1. Wake up early mornig and drink half liter water and walking/runing in fresh air.
  2. Always gave minimum 30 min. to yoga and other activites related yoga.
  3. Make proper routine for breakfast lunch bunch and dinner also and follow it.
  4. Always deny the fastfood, spicy&oily food.
  5. And always proper follow the Doctor advise and got check up.
    in this way always maintain fitness and done perfet to every way and enjoy the hole life with full fun. IMG_20180910_214413.jpg
