Just wanted to share a personal achievement with you guys. I lost 20 kg with pure hard work and will. I joined two soccer teams and I realized I couldn't run as fast as I used to, so one day I decided I needed to transform my body for good. So I started working out 2 hours per day, 6 times a week, and after 3 months I feel great and my soccer skills improved dramatically, along with my stamina. Never give up and keep going forward! No matter how hard the task is or how slow we move, as long as we never stop.
