TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
Most consider the human body a divine gift because of perfect complexity it possesses. While there is mystery about how our bodies work, there is much that we do know. The key is taking what we know to take care of our body. After all, it is the only one we get.
"If we only live once, why put our bodies through the ringer?"
There is nothing that we can do without having to use some part of our body whether it'd be our brains or our hearts. This is reason for us to take care of our body. IF our body is a tool, then we shall not let it rust. We must "oil" up the joints, shine off the handle, and tighten up the screws so that we can perform properly. The better we take care of our body, the better it will take care of us.
"What should my approach to fitness be?"
Take a proactive approach to fitness. Instead of waiting for something to go wrong with us, we can work to prevent ailments and disease. Modern medicine does have its place, but we have the responsibility to take care of our parts so they can last a lifetime. Building our body is like building a car. Are you designing a vehicle you love to drive and always looking to add on to it? OR are you only taking your body to the mechanic when the check engine light comes on?
"What if I don't see any results?"
Investing in your health is not a gamble. IF you invest into your health with hard work and dedication, your work will pay off. Every rep and every step that we take in the gym is like putting $1 dollar into our fitness bank account. The better the form the better the R.O.I. (return on investment). So if you don't see any results, look closer. The mirror can only show you the residual of your hard labor so it won't be instant visually. Far before you see results in the mirror you will begin a good change on the inside of your body. So keep pushing, it will pay off!
Embrace the change. Do what comes easy and natural to you. Pick your poison don't poison your picks because attitude is everything. Take it from me, YES YOU CAN!
