I had been doing a daily journel of my workouts but the information was kinda dispersed and not useful, so now we are going to switch over to weekly, seems like it will be better.

1/31 Thur-off day

2/1 Fri- 65 min treadmill incline 15 speed 3.5 mph

2/3 Sun-off day

2/4 Mon-off day

2/5 Tue- 65 min Stairmaster lvl 7 last 15 min lvl 8

It was a good week, was a bit under the weather at the start but it cleared up mand I feel like I powered through at the end. My goal is to get to the point that i'm in the gym everyday. I'm getting closer for sure. I do feel good about my cardio at this point I really feel like I need to add a weight set in there for me.
