Daily Fitness Motivation for 365 days (Day 6)

It was quite hard for me to do a single push up back when I was at 30% body fat. Now doing 20 to 30 push ups are just a warm up for me. I will keep increasing the count or weights to make it difficult.

Just keep working on it! You are there buddy!
