Today's Warm-up (30 Min)
- 100 Skips ,10 Russian twists ,and 50 Crunches
- 80 Skips , 20 Russian twists and 40 Crunches
- 60 Skips , 30 Russian twist and 30 crunches
- 40 Skips , 40 Russian twists and 20 Crunches
After such an intense warm up was the main session (30 Min)
- 100 Burpees
- 100 medicine ball shot put (50 Per side )
- Club bell 2 handed swipes (10 Kg club bell)
After such a session stretching was necessary
Warm Down
- Seal Position
- Twisted Lunge
- Downward facing dog
- Upward facing dog
Great session today working on the full body , im getting stronger and gaining some muscle slowly but surely ,still got a long way to go
My goal as I said is to inspire fellow Steemians on the @steem platform to live a healthy lifestyle and to become physically fit for the benefit of yourself and your future , i personally want to be fit for the sake of my Sons future he is my biggest motivator in all of this . hes energetic and sporty therefore I need to keep up as I get older .
