Thinking of starting a side hustle for extra money on Fiverr? Or perhaps you're looking to take your freelance business full time using Fiverr's platform to get customers? It's a great option to start a business and become your own boss, hands down! The real question is, how much money can you make on Fiverr? And, can it replace your full time income?

How Much Can You Make On Fiverr As A Freelancer?
Hang with me here, first I'll explain the logistics of how much you can make, then give you my personal income from one gig and a few examples of other Fiverr sellers to show you the income potential.

While the real answer to how much you can make depends on a few variables such as experience, the number of gigs, how many reviews each gig has and your selling price, it's not uncommon to make a full time living on Fiverr.

The more gigs you have, the more potential orders you could get. The more reviews that each gig has, the more orders you will receive. The more your gigs cost, the more money you will make.

Here is a hypothetical example: Jane is a website developer and graphic designer. She decides to post a few gigs on Fiverr to make some extra money. She starts out her first gig to develop a professional website for small businesses, and another gig designing logos for startups.

Over a period of 3-6 months, each gig gets a lot of five star reviews and repeat customers. She now averages about 40 orders per month with an average price of $75. This means that she is making an average of $3,000…part time!

She sees the potential Fiverr offers, and decides to take her freelance business full time. She posts 3-5 more gigs on fiverr to offer related services such as fixing wordpress sites, app development and social media marketing. Each of these gigs begin trickling in a couple orders every few weeks and begin recieving five star reviews.

She now has 5 gigs with each having 50+ five star reviews (and this is not that many reviews compared to some), and her average selling price is now $150, and this is just after 18 months going full time. She has maintained an order volume of between 40 – 60 orders per month. This means her total average income is now at least $6,000 per month.

Can you make a full time income on Fiverr.com? Absolutely. All it takes is an expertise, good reviews, great service and multiple gigs. Over time, you'll be able to replace your full time income if you choose.

Examples Of How Much You Can Make On Fiverr
To give you proof of what you can actually make on Fiverr, here are a few examples from my own experience and the experience of others.

How much I've made on Fiverr
I can tell you from personal experience and examples of trusted sources showing you how much you can actually make on Fiverr. Personally, I've been able to make just over $8,300 in a just a few months. This is based on just one of my gigs performing really well, and just a few hours of work per week.

Multiply that by multiple gigs with great reviews and you start to see the potential of becoming a full time freelancer on Fiverr. And the great thing is, many sellers are making much more than I am (for now…).

What others are making on Fiverr
Example 1: Dion is a freelancer on Fiverr who has achieved a seller level of “Top Rated Seller.” He provides graphic designing services on Fiverr, and has helped over 5,000 customers (potentially much more as of today).

He was featured on Side Hustle School, a podcast and blog about making money on the side and becoming your own boss, and has made over $100,000 on Fiverr's platform.

Example 2: A video designer created a single gig for explainer videos on Fiverr.com. He only worked just 3 – 4 hours per day and was able to complete up to 10 orders in that amount of time. Off just this one gig, he was able to make $5,643, not bad for some extra money and a little elbow grease!

Can You Really Make Money On Fiverr.com?
Fiverr is a great starting point for those looking to make some extra money on the side with just a few hours per week. It's now pretty normal for many sellers on Fiverr to be working their freelance business through the platform full time.

So, can you really make good money on Fiverr's platform? Absolutely. I am doing it personally right now, and know many credible sources with examples of people making six figures a year on the platform. All it takes is good service, time on the platform to gain reputation, and multiple high selling gigs!
