Flew Shot is the title of my serial posts about whatever random things I have going on. From writing about blogging to promoting my podcasting career, promoting music & art to writing about sociopolitical issues, I'll create one of these at least weekly, often more. Last week I figured out how to use Fiverr. Now believe I found a new addiction. Soon, my family will be broke and homeless, but we will have the dopest branding among content creators. I jest. But I kid not about my love for Fiverr.

I signed up for the site years ago, but didn't really get into the meat of it. It's not that I didn't have a need for such a service at the time, I had more time to dedicate to doing my own graphic design and marketing. And I had a friend who had been doing event flyers for me for years. Even though I was podcasting regularly, my primary focus was gigging at Raves, club and festivals.

Now, with decades of DJing, promoting, event producing and organizing, branding and marketing behind me, along with years of content creation for blogs and social media, my sights are focused in the direction of online multi media content creation.

As you can see, I have procured some updated imagery for my online presence. I felt it was time to step my game up. I love the graffiti logos I had done over twenty years ago, but I needed something to fit with the times. I had ideas in my head, I had not the time nor skill to make it happen. So to Fiverr I took and in my posts from here forward you shall see the results.

I can't get over how reasonably priced most of the top tier talent is on there and turn around times, without paying extra for expedition, are incredibly fast. I highly recommend Fiverr to anyone needing some quality digital services on a limited budget.

Here is a sneak peak at the logo for a new show I'm launching on MSP Waves in a few weeks with my cohost and cohort, @recoveryinc.

The show will be a live curation where audience members will have a few minutes to present a post from any platform or blog. It can be a post of your own or someone else's. The only requirement is that it contain original meaningful content. We will be encouraging engagement and the top three posts each week will receive a prize and be curated on my blog.
