If any of you have played a 90's classic game called Street Fighter you are probably aware of this move. I unlocked it IRL a decade ago and i'm still able to do it. The landing and air time is low most recently, but if I put in the practice as I used to, I should be able to get it high and floaty.
Is it useful in a real fight? There are probably 1000 different moves you could do, but for improving timing and strength it's up there with squats and skipping.
