It's very similar to Phad Thai, the Thai version of it. If you had tried it, it's just fried rice noodles. However, this one is slightly different due to the ingredients that now compared to Phad Thai Now,

there are many different types of noodles, it depends on you I'm going to make use of the ingredients So, for those of you who like to know this is the very basic simple version that you can have

check out the ingredients To prepare , you will of course, need some ' which is the rice noodles If you cannot get fresh rice noodles, what I opted for is the dried rice noodles I've soaked them in water for about 10 minutes

a bit of fish sauce, pepper, oyster sauce and a little bit of sugar. A lot of you have been asking me about the dark soy sauce which has the same texture of honey It's thick, slightly caramelized

but it has actually very minimal amount of taste It's not sweet or salty, so it's really just to add some colour If you do not have it, you can either use or sweet soy sauce Since there is sugar in this recipe,

do not need to use sugar then Just for it, we usually like to add blood cockles, as i mentioned earlier or even prawns. So, here I have some prawns, too. The first step is to mix the sauces.

So I'm going to add the soy sauce into the dark soy sauce and then, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper After preparing the sauce, we are now going to fry the noddles Before that,

let me share a few tips with you These are the rules to make or break the First of all, the wok has to be really hot That's why everything is going to happen really fast Then,

it is better for you to prepare this plate of one portion at a time By preparing too many portions,

there is going to be too much sauces Therefore, the noodles are going to be quite soggy is supposed to have this really smoky taste to it.
