Big waves flood the streets, the wind blows many buildings as Mangkhut typhoon swept Hong Kong today.
Typhoon Mangkhut struck Hong Kong with winds of 232 km / h, shaking 257 km / h, causing many homes to tilt, according to SCMP. At least 4 meters high, the whole city sank in the sea. Streets are blocked by floodwaters while many high-rise buildings shake, glass windows are broken by strong winds.
More than 100 injured. Most of the flights to and from this special administrative area were cancelled.
Earlier, on the same day, Mangkhut stormed the Philippines, killing at least 59 people. Mangkhut is considered the largest hurricane of the year, causing many important agricultural areas on the island of Luzon, in the northern Philippines to be seriously flooded and landslides.
