May and June are the two months the rhododendron are finest in Norway.
These images show both purple, pink and red varieties.
Some pictures are taken with the sea as a background, others in front of a house wall or in front of other plants or trees.
The rhododendron, in all its colourful splendour and floral richness, is an impressive plant.
Ever since I was a little boy, these big flowering bushes have impressed me.
I doubt that I, once saw such a variety of flowers of this plant. I try to remember, but, I remember, only the pale pink flowers that I saw on the lawns. I did not know that there are so many varieties. You made a discovery for me, my Dear friend @Siggjo! Good night to you!
