cauliflower (chopped)
beets (chopped)

green beans (chopped)
chopped bell pepper
radishes (sliced)
daikon radishes (sliced)
sliced cucumber
turnips (chopped)
broccoli (chopped)
kale (chopped)
onions (chopped)
green onions (chopped)
sliced garlic
cabbage leaves (for the top)
chili peppers (dried)
black peppercorns
bay leaf
fresh dill
basil
SANITIZE EVERYTHING!
Chop veggies finely, massage sea salt into veggies, Peel and place garlic, onion, and spices at the bottom of mason jars, next pack finely chopped veggies, cover jar tightly...store in room temp on a shelf for 2 to 3 days or longer, burp jar once a day.
Once the process completes and you are ready to eat you can store in fridge.
