the possibilities of a "maintenance related issue" is EXTREMELY high here
luckily that all crew and passengers are alive
Perth Airport maintenance crew would be questioned and investigated
@TonyFernandez nearly lost another huge chunk of his share values if this ended up badly, as this is the 3rd International Flight incident/accident that's occured in the last 5 years
