Hello,
This dish is prepared very quickly and has a great taste. A combination of vegetables that we get with sweet treats by thermal treatment.
Zucchini, carrots, onion, garlic are the foods that after the heat treatment give a slightly sweet taste.

For this dish it is necessary:

  • 2 Zucchini, medium size
  • 3 Carrots, less
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Black medium size
  • 50-100g of bacon

Spices:

  • ½ small spoonfuls of salt
  • 1 small spoon of sugar
  • 2dl of water
  • 2 small corn starch spoon
  • ½ small oregano spoon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0,4dl Chinese wine for cooking
  • A little pepper

This is all you need if you are a vegetarian or a vegan, if you like meat, you can easily insert this meat into meat. The type and processed meat depends on how you will further process it.

Way of preparation:

Clean onions, carrots, zucchini and garlic.
The bow will cut you to the cubes 1x1cm or a little larger.

Ovo jelo se veoma brzo sprema a mnogo je lepog ukusa. Kombinacija povrća koja termičkom obradom dobijamo slatkaste note.
Tikvica, šargarepa, crni luk, beli luk su namirnice koje nakon termičke obrade daju blago slatkaste ukuse.

Za ovo jelo je potrebno :

  • 2 Tikvice, srednje veličine
  • 3 Šargarepe, manje
  • 2-3 čena belog luka
  • 2 Crna luka srednje veličine
  • 50-100g slanine

Začini:

  • ½ male kašike Soli
  • 1 mala kašika šećera
    -2dl vode
  • 2 male kašike kukuruznog skroba
  • ½ male kašike origano
  • 1 kašika soja sos
  • 0,4dl Kinesko vino za kuvanje
  • Malo bibera

Ovo je sve što vam je potrebno ako ste vegeterijanac ili vegani, ako volite meso, veoma lako možete ubaciti u ovo jelo meso. Od vrste i obrađenog mesa zavisi na koji način ćete dalje obrađivati.

Način pripreme:

Očistite luk, šargarepu, tikvicu i beli luk.
Luk će te iseckati na kocke 1x1cm ili malo veće.
Šargarepu će te iseckati po dužini pa zatim po kosinom od 45°, dobićete lep izgled
Tikvicu će te iseckati po dužini tako da dobijete štapiće debljine jednog prsta, pa onda kao šargarepu po kosinom od 45°, dobićete izgled romba
Beli luk isecite na listiće ili krupnije

Kada ste to pripremili, idemo na sledeći korak a to je, da sve to polako stavljamo u odgovarajući teflonski sud u kojem će mo grilovati. Pa idemo redom.
U tiganj stavimo 3-4 supene kašike biljnog ulja (suncokretovo, maslinovo...).
Stavite šargarepu i nakon 2-3min. Stavite crni luk, slaninu i 1 kašiku laneno seme, mešajte često da se sa svih strana podjednako griluje... pre nego sto počne da menja boju i da dobija žute pege vi stavite beli luk i tikvice. Tikvice puštaju svoju vlagu i na dnu tiganja sigurno će te primetiti malo vode. Nemojte da vas to brine, to je odlično jer ti sokovi ne dozvoljavaju da luk i šargarepa zagore.
Nastavite mešati sve dok tikvica ne omekša. Za to vreme stavite začine a kukuruzni skrob stavite u čašu sa malo vode i promešajte. Kada te sve promešali dodate 2dl vrele vode i kada proključa, dodate kukuruzni skrob i mešajte sve dok se ne sjedini povće sa sosom. Kao što sam napisao, ovo je jelo prelepog ukusa i preporučujem svima ali
Sklonite sa vatre i servirajte, odozgo možete staviti susam, kao što sam ja.
Prilog može da vam bude pirinač, hleb, kukuruzni kolač (proja), ili nešto drugo.
