主料: 牛肉200g 西紅柿700g
輔料:香油5ml 鹽2g 八角1g 蔥5g 姜5g 糖2g 蚝油5g
步驟1:番茄洗淨,打十字花刀,熱水鍋裏燙一下,去皮切塊。
步驟2:牛肉清水裏浸泡出血水,切成小塊,涼水下鍋開火,牛肉變色撈出瀝幹。
步驟3:高壓鍋裏放入西紅柿塊。
步驟4:加入牛肉、蔥姜、八角、蚝油、香油、糖、鹽等調料(一定要加入1小勺香油)
步驟5:壓鍋炖煮半小時,關火後(斷電後)焖一小會兒至壓力放完
步驟5:美味的番茄牛肉即可享用,上桌前可以撒一點綠色的蔥花點綴
