HOW TO MAKE FRIED NEM ( PART 4 )

Raw materials for frying

  • Meat Shoulder: 400g (should choose the meat with shoulder fat)

  • Onion: 1 small bulb

  • Bean sprouts: 150gr

  • Carrots: 1 small bulb

  • Sukha: Half bulb

  • 100g vermicelli, some mushrooms, wood ear

  • 2 eggs

  • Onions, coriander, pepper, fish sauce, spices

  • Crab cake: 35 - 40 pieces

How to make fried nem

  • Step 1 (raw material processing): Finished meat is washed, minced or blended in a blender.


Vegetables like spring onion, carrots, kohlrabi, green onion, coriander, bean sprouts, and minced mince.

Carrots, sliced, about 3 to 4 cm long.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water at about 30 degrees C for about 5 minutes to soften and cut short.

Mushroom, hot chop soak in hot water for hatching, cut off the root and foot of old mushrooms, chopped.

Step 2: Put all ingredients in the rolls prepared in the above steps into a large one. Add a spoonful of rice oil, add pepper, fish sauce, spices, seasoning seeds. Add two eggs to the squash.

  • Step 3: Spread the pan pastry (spread on a cutting board or flat plate, hand dipped in beer or vinegar to crispy crust and rub all around the cake).


Put a handful of meat rolls on the rolls, roll one round to close and fold the two sides on both sides.

Note that when you roll nem, you should roll all the nem an equal amount, roll tight, so that the rolls are evenly distributed and when the rolls are not crumbled.

  • Step 4: Boil cooking oil to old age, roll pasta rolls, when eating will fry one more time for nine gold is okay.
