**Ingredients Required**
Capsicum - 1
Tomatoes - 1
Carrot - 1/2
Flower cabbage - a small piece
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Noodles - 50g
Green Coriander - 2 table spoons (finely chopped)
Lemon - 1
Butter - 2-3 tablespoons
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Chilli Paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Soya Sauce - 1/2 Tablespoons
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (reddish)
**Method**
Wash all the vegetables with water and dry till water starts drying.
Take a small cut by peeling carrots. Cut the cauliflower and tomatoes finely. Remove the capsicum seeds and cut them finely.
Pour butter in the vessel and heat it. After the butter melts, add ginger paste and peas and mix them. After this, add carrots and fry a little over medium heat. Cover the vessel for 2 minutes to soften the carrots and peas.
After 2 minutes, mix cauliflower, capsicum, tomato and mix it. Add salt, chili paste and mix well. Cover it again and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
After 2 minutes, pour 3 cups of water in the vegetables. Let it cook until it gets boiled. Meanwhile, take out lemon juice. When the soup is boiling, put the noodles, peppercorns. Let the soup cook for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame until the noodles fluff and soften. If this does not bloom. So take 2 to 3 minutes and boil.
Soup is ready in 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, soy sauce and mix it. Put the soup in the bowl to serve and put some butter and green coriander leaves on top too.
