We usually make pasta or macaroni at our home because of its high demand, especially with kids. Also, when you are not in the mood to cook too time consuming meal, then white sauce cheesy pasta is a great option. This easy cheesy vegetable pasta is a recipe that your kids will like eating for sure. It’s a good way to include some veggies in your fussy kid’s diet. Here is the most classic, easy and basic recipe with step-by-step pictures to make rich, delicious and scrumptious cheesy pasta at your home. Enjoy!
Ingredients Required - Ingredients for Veggie Pasta and Cheese
Pasta - 1 Cup (100gm)
Milk - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Mozarela cheese - ¼ cup (40 grams) (grated)
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Flour - 1 table spoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper - 5-6 (Pumpkin Grated)
Oregono - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
**Method:**
To boil pasta, add 3 cups of water in a pot and keep it warm (water so that the pasta can easily be washed), add half a teaspoon of salt in the water, cover the vessel so that the water starts boiling quickly.
When the water comes to boil, add pasta and add 2 tbsp of oil and mix it. Let the pasta cook until the medium flame becomes soft. Keep the pasta in the middle of every 2 minutes.
By pressing pasta you can see whether it is soft or not, pasta is soft and ready (it takes about 8-10 minutes to cook pasta). Shut the gas Put the boiled pasta in the sieve and remove the water, let the pasta cool slightly.
Wash capsules and remove the seeds and prepare them by cutting slightly pasta pieces, like pasta.
Put 1 table spoon butter in the pan and let it be melted. Once the butter is melted, add the capsicum kept in it and fry it on a high flame, roast it for 1 to half-minute Crisp, and take it out in the plate.
Put the remaining butter in the pan, let the butter be melted, when the butter is melted, add the flour to it and fry it on a low flame, fry it for a little over 1 minute or flour until the color changes.
Add milk to it and mix it. Cook the milk continuously in the flour, so that it does not form the stems in it. Keep stirring till it starts boiling.
White sauce is ready. It has become very good. Now add cheese in it and mix it, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and grated black pepper. Put a boiled pasta and roasted capsicum and mix all the ingredients to the best. Add a little Oregon to pasta and mix it.
The cheese is ready to make pasta, shut the gas and remove the pasta in a bowl. Garnish hot cheese pasta from Oregon, serve and eat.
- Serving:
Transfer the pasta to a serving plate and garnish the pasta with some oregano. Lip smacking, creamy and cheesy pasta is ready to serve. Serve it steaming hot and relish eating.
