Aceh squid noodles

Material:
500gr Wet Noodle Aceh (can be replaced by regular wet noodle)
250gr Medium sized, clean the ink, thinly cut
3sdm Soy sauce
200mL Water
2sdm Cooking oil

Ground spices:
4 dried Chili
4butir Pecan, roasted
3butir Onion
2 cloves of garlic
1cm Ginger, sliced
1sdt Salt

Supplementary material:
2btg Onion Prei, roughly sliced
1Fruit Tomatoes, diced
100gr sprouts
100gr Col, finely sliced
2 stalks Celery, roughly chopped

How to make Mie Aceh:
Fried squid in hot oil. Set aside.
Enter the spices smooth, stir-fry until fragrant. Add leek, tomato, water. Cook until cooked.
Add the squid, bean sprouts, cabbage, noodles, and soy sauce. Stir well. Add celery. Mix well.
Serve with a sprinkling of onion.
