Who is not familiar with this special food especially for people Aceh. With a distinctive goat, and given a few pieces of lamb, beef or seafood (shrimp or squid) make this noodle become one of the typical foods of @aceh and given the name "mie Aceh".
Mie Aceh can be served with two types, Aceh noodles fried and Aceh noodles boiled.
As for the ingredients:
- 400 grams of wet / yellow noodles.
- 750 ml beef broth.
150 grams of wet shrimp, clean, remove the skin.- 150 grams of beef, diced.
- 1 diced tomato fruit.
- 4 cloves of thinly sliced garlic.
- 3 thinly sliced red onion cloves.
- 60 gr bean sprouts, remove the tail.
- 100 gr thin sliced cabbage.
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
- 2 tablespoons sweet lion sauce lion sauce.
- 1 split leek onion.
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery.
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 5 pieces of red onion.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 4 pieces of dried red pepper, seeded.
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder.
- 4 cardamom seeds.
1 teaspoon cumin, roasted.- 1 teaspoon ground tea pepper.
- 1 pecan fruit
- 1 dried almond nuts
How to make:
- Sauté the onion slices, sliced garlic and spice finely until fragrant.
- Enter the meat, stir and cook until the meat changes color.
- Then add the shrimp and tomatoes, mix well.
- Put the broth, celery, spring onion, salt and vinegar.
Cook until the meat is cooked and water is reduced while stirring occasionally. - Enter the cabbage and bean sprouts, stir well.
- Then add the noodles and sweet soy sauce.
- Stir until all ingredients are well blended and cooked.
- Lift up.
- Serve hot with pickled cucumber and fried chips.
Aceh noodles ready to be served and can be enjoyed.
