Today I want to cook the snapper menu. Surely, Indonesian people are very familiar with the name of this one fish, the largest producer of snapper in Riau, steemit friends!
This snapper fish there are many kinds, among others red snapper, black, white, yellow, etc .. This fish is also very easy to get from the fish market in the city where we live. It turns out that besides the delicious taste, snapper has a lot of health benefits, among others:
its can prevent cancer
a cure for heart deases
improve eyes health
improves bone health
decrease hypertension
lower blood fat levels
and many more
Enjoying a dish of lunch with the family with black pepper sauce snapper fish is so delicious. Moreover served with warm rice .... Emmmmm, nyummy! Delicious and tasty! A spicy combination of black pepper, tomatoes, oyster sauce, sweet and salty soy sauce makes the dishes feel spicy and savory. Usually black pepper sauce is also often cooked with crab, shrimp and others seafood. Home recipe restaurant flavour!
Did a steemiam ever try to make them alone at home?
Well, on this occasion I want to share a recipe that I have tried today, namely black pepper sauce snapper.
Ingredients:
Fish:
300 gr fillet snapper cut thin and wide
lime
1 teaspoon pepper
1 egg whites whipped off
100 gr of starch
salt to taste
cooking oil
Saos:
1 teaspoon black pepper, pure it
2 cloves of garlic, slice thinly
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
1/2 peppers, thinly sliced (I use tomatoes as optional, because there is no stock of peppers in the kitchen)
red and green chili about 2-3 seeds, thin slices
1 tablespoon kanji starch, dissolve with water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
250 ml of water
salt
How to make :
Spread the small and thin fish with lime, salt and pepper, let stand for a while.
Dip into the egg whites that have been shaken then sprinkle with starch.
Fry in oil over medium heat until browned.
Lift and drain.
Saos:
Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until yellow.
Put onion, stir-fry until wilted.
Add sliced chili, tomato, and black pepper, stirring until wilted.
Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and soy sauce.
Give water, boil it.
Dissolve the starch flour with a little water.
Pour into sauce, until boil. Lift.
Put the snapper in the dish
Flush the sauce.
Ready to serve!
Well, how easy is not it? The ingredients are also easy to get in our kitchen. Once we serve more special dish but practical way of making sure the family is also more spirit and hooked to eat.

Di minggu yang cerah ini pasti sahabat semua memiliki agenda masing-masing baik yang direncanakan maupun tidak. Bisa dikatakan minggu adalah hari bebas dari rutinitas formal harian bagi yang memiliki kesibukan di luar rumah. Ataupun minggu bisa menjadi hari bersih-bersih nasional dengan seabrek tugas rumahan. Hehehe

Hari ini saya ingin memasak menu ikan kakap. Pasti dong orang Indonesia sangat akrab dengan nama ikan yang satu ini, penghasil ikan kakap terbesar ada di Riau lho sahabat steemit!
Ikan kakap ini ada banyak jenisnya, antara lain kakap merah, hitam, putih, kuning, dan lain-lain. Ikan ini juga sangat mudah kita dapatkan dari pasar ikan di kota tempat tinggal kita. Ternyata disamping rasanya yang enak, kakap memiliki banyak sekali manfaat dari segi kesehatan, antara lain:
- obat mencegah kanker
- obat untuk mengobati gangguan jantung
- meningkatkan kesehatanmata
- meningkatkan kesehatan tulang
- menurunkan hipertensi
- menurunkan kadar lemak dalam darah
- dan masih banyak lagi
Menikmati sepiring santapan siang bersama keluarga dengan ikan kakap saos lada hitam memang begitu nikmat. Apalagi disajikan dengan nasi hangat.... Emmmmm, nyummy! Enak dan gurih! Perpaduan pedas dari lada hitam, tomat, saos tiram, kecap manis dan asin menjadikan masakan terasa pedas dan gurih. Biasanya saos lada hitam juga sering dimasak dengan kepiting, udang dan seafood lainnya. Resep rumahan rasa restaurant!
Apakah sahabat steemit pernah mencoba membuatnya sendiri di rumah?
Nah, pada kesempatan ini saya ingin berbagi resep yang telah saya coba hari ini, yaitu ikan kakap saos lada hitam.
Bahan :
Ikan:
- 300 gr fillet kakap dipotong tipis dan lebar
- jeruk nipis
- 1 sdt merica
- 1 putih telur kocok lepas
- 100 gr tepung kanji
- garam secukupnya
- minyak goreng
Saos:
- 1 sdt lada hitam, haluskan
- 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay, cincang kasar
- 1/2 buah paprika, iris tipis (saya menggunakan tomat sebagai optional, karena tidak ada stok paprika di dapur)
- cabe merah dan hijau sekitar 2-3 biji, Iris tipis
- 1 sdm tepung kanji, larutkan dengan air
- 2 sdm saus tiram
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 250 ml air
- garam secukupnya
Cara membuat :
- Lumuri ikan yang sudah dipotong kecil dan tipis dengan air jeruk nipis, garam dan lada, diamkan sebentar.
- Celupkan ke dalam putih telur yang sudah dikocok kemudian taburi dengan tepung kanji.
- Goreng dalam minyak dengan api sedang hingga kecoklatan.
- Angkat dan tiriskan.
Saos: - Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih hingga kuning.
- Masukkan bawang bombay, tumis hingga layu.
- Tambahkan irisan cabe, tomat, dan lada hitam, aduk hingga layu.
- Tambahkan saus tiram, kecap manis dan kecap asin.
- Beri air, didihkan.
- Larutkan tepung kanji dengan sedikit air.
- Tuangkan ke dalam saos, didihkan hingga mengetal. Angkat.
- Letakkan ikan kakap dalam piring
- Siram saosnya.
Siap dihidangkan!
Nah, cara buatnya mudah bukan? Bahan-bahannya juga mudah kita dapatkan di dapur kita. Sekali-sekali kita menyajikan hidangan yg lebih istimewa tapi praktis cara bikinnya pasti keluarga juga lebih semangat dan doyan makannya.
