4 pork chops
salt, pepper and spicy bread - to taste
2 battered eggs
70 g flour
50 g pesmet
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Every man who has arrived in Germany has tasted at least once the German snake and fell in love with him. A simple and so good recipe must be made in every household! Crocant and golden on the outside, well penetrated, hot and tender on the inside. It's so easy you can prepare it, in a very short time, in huge quantities. In fact, it's best to make more servings than you think you eat: it will be off the table in record time!
Beat the pork chops, season them well on both sides.
Put the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs in three different pots. Give each chop in part in - in the order shown! - flour, egg and breadcrumbs (without the breadcrumbs entering the flesh, shaking the excess well) .
Do not let the meat stay so much, just fry it immediately in hot oil , or the shrimp will never get crisp! How much oil? Just how much it is necessary for the snail to swim a little in it.
Roast each scallion in about 3 minutes on each side, then remove it on a plate that you have already put a large cloth of paper (to absorb any excess fat).
Serve immediately with a healthy and delicious portion of German salad with potatoes .
