400 g Canned beans
4 bacon slices
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1.5 liters of water
1 bay leaf
2 carrots
1 celery stem
1 tablespoon oil
1 twig thyme
salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION

A delicious Italian soup. Try bean soup recipe!

  1. fry pot for cooking bacon soup, then remove and set aside.

  2. Place the oil in the pot, add finely chopped onion and garlic and leave about 5 minutes to soften.

  3. Add beans, water, bay leaf, carrots and celery stem chopped, thyme and salt.

  4. Allow the cooked 20 minutes and bring to the table top with fried bacon.
