Ingredientes:
½ kg. de Harina
2 Huevos batidos
1 cdta. de Paprika
1 cdta. de Ajo en polvo
½ cdta. de Chile en polvo
3 cdtas. de Jugo de Limón fresco
1 kilo de Camarones grandes, pelados y limpios
1/2 kg. De Papas blancas
Aceite vegetal
Sal
Aceite para freír
Pimienta (opcional)
Preparación:
-Precalienta abundante Aceite para freír en una sartén.
-Para preparar el empanizado, vierte en un recipiente la Harina, la Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
-En un bowl aparte, bate los Huevos y reserva.
-Para sazonar, mezcla el Jugo de Limón, el Chile, el Ajo y la Paprika. Integra bien y baña los Camarones uno por uno y deja reposar 5 minutos aproximadamente. No los coloques unos encima de otros.
-Luego, empanízalos pasando primero por la Harina, luego los Huevos, y finaliza nuevamente en la Harina. Repite el proceso cuantas veces sea necesario para terminar.
-Fríe los Camarones en el Aceite caliente hasta que doren ligeramente, de 3 a 4 minutos aproximadamente.
-Una vez listos, retira del fuego y deja escurrir el exceso de Aceite sobre papel absorbente en un plato.
Papas:
- Lava las Papas y córtalas en palitos de ¼ de pulgadas.
-Fríe en una sartén con Aceite caliente.
-Una vez estén bien doradas, retira la sartén y vierte las Papas en un plato con toallas de papel para que se escurra la grasa. -Agrega unas cuantas pizcas de Sal.
-Sirve junto a los Camarones y las Salsas de tu preferencia y disfruta.

Ingredients:
½ kg. Of flour
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. of Paprika
1 tsp. of garlic powder
½ tsp. Chile powder
3 cts. of fresh lemon juice
1 kilo of large shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1/2 kg. White potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt
Frying oil
Pepper (optional)
preparation:
-Preheat plenty of oil to fry in a pan.
-To prepare the breaded, pour into a bowl the Flour, Salt and Pepper to taste.
-In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and reserve.
-To season, mix Lemon Juice, Chile, Garlic and Paprika. Integra well and bathe the shrimp one by one and let stand 5 minutes approximately. Do not place them on top of each other.
-Then, burn them first through the Flour, then the Eggs, and finish again in the Flour. Repeat the process as many times as necessary to finish.
-Fry the shrimp in the hot oil until lightly browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
-Once ready, remove from heat and drain excess Oil on absorbent paper in a dish.
Potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into ¼ inch sticks.
-Fry in a pan with hot oil.
Once they are well browned, remove the pan and pour the potatoes on a plate with paper towels to drain the fat. -Add a few pinches of salt.
-Serve next to the shrimp and sauces of your choice and enjoy.
