Donuts donuts- Always with heart of chubby!

Today we will talk about the delicious, spongy and of course juicy Donuts.

As we already know, because I do not believe that someone here in your life has tasted a donut, they are like breads, perfectly passed through oil and in some cases stuffed with jam, chocolate, cream of some liquor or simply bathed in sugar with sparks of what you want.

And they will ask themselves How to do them?

Ingredients:

250 gr flour
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
1 tablespoon Fresh yeast
1 small cup of Sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons lukewarm milk
2 Cds + 2 Cta Sugar
1/2 Cta Salt
1 beaten egg
2 Tables Melted butter
Frying oil, quantity needed

Steps:

Dissolve the Yeast with the teaspoon of Sugar and the lukewarm Water
In another bag, mix the rest of the ingredients ** LESS THE FLOUR **. Incorporate dissolved yeast.
And finally if we add the flour (of one). Mix with the help of a spatula.
Knead, form dough, and let leavened for 1 hour covered.
Degass. Knead. And let leudar another 30 minutes more.
Stretch, cut.
Fry in abundant hot oil first fry, drain on kitchen paper.

As I particularly get a little lazy to do, I prefer to buy them hahaha, so I ended up with two friends from the university in a donut shop. We missed classes for going to kill a craving of fat that we had and we ended up in this store called MAXI DONAS, because it is called that, because no more because their donuts are the maximum jajajajaja.

They have everything, donuts stuffed with lemon, nutella, strawberry, blackberry, chocolate, mocaccino, arequipe, etc.

My choice of that day was a deliciously filled dona of Baileys, ufff who donates more good friends! I recommend them with your eyes closed. I gave one to a friend @yohana filled with nutella (personally is my favorite) and the other friend who accompanied us @jmtroya asked for a delay.

Although we missed classes that day, we enjoyed it a lot. After eating donuts we went to a square near the store, there was a lot of genbte there.
