SPAGHETTI CARBONARA,,,,

this is one of my favorite dish .....very easy to prepare ........but the ingredient must be the original one......and not use of butter of cream.....if you wanna have the real think..........you can use spaghetti or any kind of pasta you like I personally would use the fusilli alce nero great pasta.......use a good extra vergine olive oil......organic eggs......and guanciale must be imported from Italy.........then pecorio and parmigiana cheese........for the real think.....then if you wanna add some of your favorite thinks like shrimps or chicken or cream ....will be your own version of it........if you like a red I would drink a valpolicella red win or if like white a pinot grigio.....both wine you can find good one under 10 usd..........I add few links where you can see how to make them.........buon appetito............
