My favorite recipe. The Color of Lamb inside is 😍😋. Simple yet smoky dish. And deliciously irresistible with mint Chutney. I sometimes do make this type of dish (Tandoori Chicken) with difference only Lamb is replaced with Chicken. Due Upvote.

heheh yeah it has to be a bit medium, so its soft and not chewy!! hahaha !

yea, chicken meat is already little tender than Lamb...I too love cooking sometimes...Would love your support.

You are welcome my friend !

Sounds really good do you invite me to try it?

Can I get something?

Yummi..

Absolutely love lamb... grew up in the Karoo ... a semi-arid region of South Africa where sheep-farming is big. Some rosemary will also add great flavour. After our last droughts (sorry to say), the lamb price is now so high we need to budget to eat lamb!

ooh thats amazing!!! :d

looks good

Yummy

LOVE, LOVE IT!

Wow, looks really lovely. Especially now that I'm getting on diet, keto particularly I'll need as many recipes as possible! I will follow your blog and hopefully I will find many tasty meals out there. Cheers!
