A St.Louis, MO tradition

If you have been to st.louis, MO you probably tried toasted raviolis. It's basically breaded on the outside deep fried with meat sauce in the middle. Then it surrounded by marinara sauce (sometimes meat sauce) which you dip in. You will find this in many italian restaurants and pizza places here. It a great meal or appetizer and does goes well with a st.louis traditional beer, budweiser.
