Hello! As promised I made something different today. VEGAN RASPBERRY NICE CREAM 💁 yay! The ingredients are very simple: frozen 🍌 (let them defrost a bit before you blend them), frozen raspberries and a splash of rice milk. I blended all that in a high speed blender. Now just look at that swirl. 💫
I topped it with desiccated coconut and coconut flakes, dried mulberries and a lime. Have you ever tried lime or lemon with banana nice cream? 🍋 I think it’s great.
