steemians, today I want to share how to make Noodle Aceh Fried Shrimp myself at home.
Aceh noodle is typical Aceh culinary food that is favored by various circles from young to old, especially in Aceh own that is very suitable on the tongue. But not a few people outside of Aceh who love the taste of Aceh noodles rich with the aroma of spices and spicy flavor.
for those of you who love aceh noodles, just try to make it yourself at home, with a simple and easy to find material, so you can set the taste according to your own taste.
want to know recipe and how to cook delicious shrimp fried noodles with delicious? follow these steps.
- 1/2 kg of wet flour noodles.
- 3 ounces of cleaned shrimp.
- 50 gr leaves of cabbage.
- 1 tomato
- 2 stalks of celery and leek.
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
- salt to taste.
- 1 clove of red onion
- 1 clove garlic for sauteing.
- 6 pieces of dried chili.
- 3 cloves of red onion.

- 2 pieces of candlenuts.
- chopped cabbage leaves, celery leaves, spring onions, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Then wash it till clean.

Sahabat steemians, hari ini saya ingin berbagi bagaiman cara membuat Mie Aceh Goreng Udang sendiri dirumah.
Mie aceh adalah makanan kuliner khas aceh yang banyak digemari oleh berbagai kalangan dari yang muda sampai yang tua, terutama diaceh sendiri yang sudah sangat cocok di lidah. Namun tidak sedikit juga orang diluar aceh yang menyukai cita rasa mie aceh yang kaya dengan aroma rempah- rempah dan rasa pedasnya.
Bagi sahabat yang pencinta mie aceh, tidak salahnya untuk mencoba membuatnya sendiri dirumah dengan bahan yang sederhana dan mudah ditemukan, jadi sahabat bisa mengatur cita rasa yang sesuai selera sahabat sendiri.
Mau tau resep dan cara membuat mie aceh goreng udang yang lezat dan praktis? Ikuti saja langkah- langkah sebagai berikut.
- 1/2 kg mie tepung basah.
- 3 ons udang yang sudah dibersihkan.
- 50 gr daun kol.
- 1 tomat
- 2 batang daun seledri dan daun bawang.
- 3 sendok makan kecap manis.
- garam secukupnya.
- 1 siung bawang merah dan 1 siung bawang putih untuk menumis.
- 6 buah cabe kering.
- 3 siung bawang merah.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 2 buah kemiri.
- rajang daun kol, daun seledri, daun bawang, tomat, bawang merah dan bawang putih. Kemudian cuci samapi bersih.
- lalu panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai berbau harum.
- setelah itu masukkan bahan yang sudah dihaluskan.
- dan kemudian menyusul dengan memasukkan udang, tunggu 5 menit sampai bumbu meresap kedalam udang.
- setelah itu masukkan daun kol dan tomat, kemudian di tutup sampai 8 menit, agar daun kol dan udang bisa sedikit empuk.
- lalu buka dan masukkan mie, kecap manis dan garam, kemudian diaduk sampai semua bahan tercampur.
- lalu masukkan daun seledri dan daun bawang, tunggu beberapa saat sambil terus diaduk agar bahan tercampur dengan sempurna.
- jika dirasa sudah matang, angkat dan hidangkan selagi hangat. Dan tambahkan toping lainnya seperti kerupuk, jeruk nipis dan mentimun jika ada.
