One of the delicious menu to process the anchovy that is already salted is anchovy balado. Recipes and how to make it very easy and practical that is as follows.
- 3 ounces of anchovy.
- 2 ounces of cooking oil to fry anchovy.
- 1/2 ounce of cooking oil to make balado sauce.
- salt to taste.
- sugar 2 tablespoons.
- 350 ml of water
-15 pieces of red chili.
- 4 cloves of red onion.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 2 tomatoes.
- wash the anchovies first.
- heat the oil into the pan, then fry the small anchovy until brownish.
- after cooking, remove and drain.
- then take another pan, heat the oil first, then enter the smoothed ingredients and wait a while until the spices smell nice.
- after that, enter the water and wait until it boils.
- if it is boiling, put sugar and salt and cook it back until the water actually shrinks.
- after the water shrinks, enter the anchovy and stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
- if it's all mature, take it and serve it with rice for your side dish.

Senangnya saya bisa kembali menyapa sahabat steemians semua dalam platform yang kita banggakan ini.
Sahabat steemians, hari ini saya ingin berbagi bagaimana cara mengolah ikan teri menjadi menu makanan yang lezat dan gurih, yaitu ikan teri balado.
Ikan teri adalah jenis ikan laut yang mungil, karena bentuk nya yang kecil. Selain mudah di olah, ikan teri juga mudah di jumpai dan harganya juga sangat bersahabat dengan isi kantong kita.
Walaupun memiliki tubuh yang kecil, ikan teri banyak mengandung manfaat untuk tubuh kita seperti kalsium dan fluor dalam bentuk senyawa CaF2, di karenakan ikan teri ini mudah rusak, maka perlu untuk menjaga agar tetap awet, proses pengawetan yang baik dilakukan adalah dengan mengasinkannya dan kemudian di jemur sampai kering, dan jangan khawatir sobat tentang kandungan yang terkandung didalamnya, walaupun sudah di asinin, kandungan CaF2 yang terkandung didalam nya tetap utuh kok.
Salah satu menu yang lezat untuk mengolah ikan teri yang sudah di asinin adalah ikan teri balado. Resep dan cara membuatnya pun sangat mudah dan praktis yaitu sebagai berikut.
- 3 ons ikan teri asin.
- 2 ons minyak goreng untuk menggoreng ikan teri.
- 1/2 ons minyak goreng untuk membuat sambal balado.
- garam secukupnya.
- gula pasir 2 sendok makan.
- air 350 ml
-15 buah cabe merah.
- 4 siung bawang merah.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 2 buah tomat.
- cuci bersih ikan teri terlebih dahulu.
- panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, lalu goreng ikan teri sampai berwarna kecoklatan.
- setelah matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
- lalu ambil wajan yang lain, panaskan minyak terlebih dahulu, lalu masukkan bahan yang sudah dihaluskan dan tunggu beberapa saat sampai bumbu berbau harum.
- setelah itu, masukkan air dan tunggu sampai mendidih.
- jika sudah mendidih, masukkan gula dan garam dan masak kembali sampai air benar-benar menyusut.
- setelah air menyusut, masukkan ikan teri dan aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur.
- jika dirasa semua sudah matang, angkat dan hidangkan bersama nasi untuk lauk anda.
Mudah dan praktis kan sahabat? Dan rasanya lezat dan gurih banget..
