Hello Steemit Friends, am back again...!!! Yeah...with an absolutely healthy recipe...that you will love to eat and enjoy it too!!!
Yesterday afternoon, was bit different, since I discovered "Soya Noodlee"...
Easy to digest, so good for the gut
Zero Cholesterol
High Protein
No Preservatives . wow!
Most Importantly...Gluten Free !!!
&
White Flour free!!!
and here is the final outcome for you to see!!! :)
OK, now, lets have a look at, how did I make them and with what all ingredients required to prepare it.
So, I decided to put all the ingredients together at first place.
Here is tray with all the ingredients required:
A bowl of Soya Noodlee ( which is required to be boiled for 10 minutes to tender them!)
Sliced Onions
Some Broccoli pieces
Diced French Beans
Some carrot and peas boiled and dressed with Olive oil
Cilantro leaves
Scallions
and Olive oil
Here are the steps, of what all I did:
Saute the sliced onions till pink or light brown, do not burn them!!! Retain the crunch!
Saute all veggies (boiled earlier!!! retain the Crunch, don't over boil! Boil and drain the water...alternatively you can drink the veggie broth as it is or add a pinch of salt and pepper!!! Super Healthy Drink...instantly refreshing !!!) separately in some olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
Saute Soya Noodlee in another pan.
Now combine all the ingredients together in the pan with saute onions, add salt, condiments and pinch of spices to taste and take them off the burner. DO NOT REHEAT !!!
They are ready to be served.
Enjoying it with cucumber slices its absolutely refreshing !
The Bowl is ready to be served. Garnish with chopped scallions and cilantro leaves
My wife just loves, when she is served with...and that's really the appreciative moment, as to how will she react after first tasting!!! I come out winner, most of the times...LOL

Though, I try to avoid maida noodles, but soya noodlee seemed a right choice, considering the high protein content and since these were maida free therefore, i felt like trying them out. It really came out to be an interesting recipe. Just like nutri nuggets... ( hope you have eaten them...!?)
