Its preparation is very simple and fast.
There are several types of key ingredients to make an enviable guasacaca, it can be made with potatoes, green mango or avocado.
1 avocado
3 cloves of garlic
1 green paprika
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 coriander bouquet

Vinegar
Water
We remove the skin and the seed of the avocado and chop into pieces,
We add these pieces of avocado in the blender along with the garlic, paprika, chili, onion and cilantro
We add little or little water, oil, vinegar and blend very well, to create a creamy sauce.
We will be adding salt to taste.
When we have the texture and taste that we like, we put our guasacaca in a container or dish, we offer it with some companion such as bread, yucca or cookies and that's it.
