Ingredients.
- 500 grams of squid.
- 4 lemongrass.
- 1 ginger.
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
Dipping sauce.
- Sugar, salt, black pepper, chilli, lime juice, wasabi mustard sauce.
Instructions.
- Wash the squid well after removing inedible portions.
- Prepare the work with beer and heat over high heat.
- When the beer is boilling, steam the squid with lemongrass cut into pieces and ginger cut into very fine julienne for about 5 minutes.
- While squid is steaming, combine the salt, sugar, black pepper, lime juice, chilli and wasabi mustard sauce in a bowl mix and stir, you have a dipping sauce.
- Afer 5 minutes, remove squids from the steamer, arrange these on a plate.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
