Steamed squid with lemongrass recipe.

Ingredients.

  • 500 grams of squid.
  • 4 lemongrass.
  • 1 ginger.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar.

Dipping sauce.

  • Sugar, salt, black pepper, chilli, lime juice, wasabi mustard sauce.

Instructions.

  • Wash the squid well after removing inedible portions.
  • Prepare the work with beer and heat over high heat.
  • When the beer is boilling, steam the squid with lemongrass cut into pieces and ginger cut into very fine julienne for about 5 minutes.
  • While squid is steaming, combine the salt, sugar, black pepper, lime juice, chilli and wasabi mustard sauce in a bowl mix and stir, you have a dipping sauce.
  • Afer 5 minutes, remove squids from the steamer, arrange these on a plate.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauce.
