Polenta with sauce Bolognese

Hi, guys!. This week I bring you a delicious recipe and very easy to make, used for meetings, birthdays, or simply for a dinner with friends and family.Try and you will see the delicious and practice it is! Polenta with sauce Bolognese ingredients.

For the polenta:-

CORNMEAL 150gr
BROTH of pumpkin ½
LITER BROTH of AVE ½
LITRE MOZZARELLA 50 gr
GRATED cheese 80 g

for the Bolognese Sauce:
sauce oil 2 TBSP
MASHED tomato 100 g
red PAPRIKA (pepper) ¼ und
onion ½ onion of VERDEO und ½ t
wig garlic 2 teeth
meat M SMELLED 70 gr
wine red 50 ml
sugar 1 tsp.
paprika powder it required
salt and pepper it required.

Preparation: We will start with the sauce, first going to fry the meat with a little oil, this season it with salt, pepper, ground garlic and if you want some other species that is your preference; then add wine to Deglaze reserve.In the same skillet where fry the meat, agregramos onion, green onions, paprika, the teeth of garlic, here too will make a sauce after processing with the puree of tomatoes, this sauce add it to meat and let Cook until needed (may not be as liquid), if you see that this a little dry can add wine or dark background (kind of beef broth) and the cover to resume cooking.Finally it rectifies the salt and pepper and add the paprika powder.If you need and your preference you may add the teaspoon of sugar to remove the acidity of the tomato.Then in a saucepan add the zapallo(puede ser de vegetales) stock and poultry and let heat, once hot add the cornmeal in the form of lluevia so no lumps and stir; stirring and when start taking consistency thick and creamy, add the cheese and expect this cast to, finally add you a tablespoon of butter to give you more brillosidad and better taste and season.This preparation can tip it on a plate for that last time has a consistency but it lasts and can grill in a frying pan or Grill for meetings.If you want to eat it with the sauce, you wait a few minutes to sit and then served in a dish with a hearty sauce Bolognese and cheese on top.You notice that this recipe is very easy to do and will love to all your guests or family.

Deglaze: Term used much in the kitchen which refers to add a liquid to a container in which has has cooked a meat, fish, or vegetables in order to retrieve the juices that are attached on the surface.This way you get a sauce that concentrates the flavour of food that has been cooked.
