Hi, guys!. This week I bring you a delicious recipe and very easy to make, used for meetings, birthdays, or simply for a dinner with friends and family.Try and you will see the delicious and practice it is! Polenta with sauce Bolognese ingredients.
For the polenta:-
CORNMEAL 150gr
BROTH of pumpkin ½
LITER BROTH of AVE ½
LITRE MOZZARELLA 50 gr
GRATED cheese 80 g
for the Bolognese Sauce:
sauce oil 2 TBSP
MASHED tomato 100 g
red PAPRIKA (pepper) ¼ und
onion ½ onion of VERDEO und ½ t
wig garlic 2 teeth
meat M SMELLED 70 gr
wine red 50 ml
sugar 1 tsp.
paprika powder it required
salt and pepper it required.
Deglaze: Term used much in the kitchen which refers to add a liquid to a container in which has has cooked a meat, fish, or vegetables in order to retrieve the juices that are attached on the surface.This way you get a sauce that concentrates the flavour of food that has been cooked.
