Raw chocolate cake with silky tofu πŸ™‹πŸΌπŸ«

I made this chocolate cake πŸ™‹πŸΌThe chocolate layer is filled with healthy plant based protein from the soy in silky tofu. The smoothness is craaazy. Never baked ever before with tofu but I think I will trade my cashews for silky tofu in raw desserts from now. Much more smoothπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ˆ .

CRUST
1 Β½ cup whole buckwheat
10 dates
FILLING
200g silky tofu
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp oat cream
Β½ cup agave syrup
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp peanutbutter

STEPS

  1. Blend together the dates and buckwheat.
  2. Put the batter in a form.
  3. Blend together the tofu, cacao powder, oat cream, agave syrup, salt and peanutbutter in a blender.
  4. Pour the chocoalte filling over the crust.
  5. Freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
