I made this chocolate cake ππΌThe chocolate layer is filled with healthy plant based protein from the soy in silky tofu. The smoothness is craaazy. Never baked ever before with tofu but I think I will trade my cashews for silky tofu in raw desserts from now. Much more smoothππ»π .
CRUST
1 Β½ cup whole buckwheat
10 dates
FILLING
200g silky tofu
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp oat cream
Β½ cup agave syrup
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp peanutbutter
STEPS
- Blend together the dates and buckwheat.
- Put the batter in a form.
- Blend together the tofu, cacao powder, oat cream, agave syrup, salt and peanutbutter in a blender.
- Pour the chocoalte filling over the crust.
- Freeze for 3 β 4 hours.
