How to make

  • Combine ground beef chicken, sago flour, ground garlic, fried shallots, salt, sugar, pepper, and eggs and then milled all until smooth.

  • After the dough is flat and knead the dough until the meat kalebut (or not sticky when held).

  • Round the dough of meatballs using a spoon and hand to form a sphere of meatballs.

  • Prepare a pan that has been filled with enough water to boil. Heat the pan.

  • Enter the round meatball into the pan to boil while stirring slowly.

  • If the meatball is already on the surface of the pan, lift the meatball and chill.

  • Chill meatballs.

  • For soup sauce, heat the pan that has enough water. Wait until it boils.

  • Saute the garlic, then stir the garlic put into the pan.

  • Put the peas and potatoes into the pan. Boil until tender.

  • Add buncs, carrots and meatballs to the pan. Then add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Mix well. Wait until everything is cooked.
