Ingredients

  1. Boneless Fish fingers ½ kg
  2. Ginger Garlic Water 4 tbsp
  3. Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
  4. Gram Flour ½ cup
  5. Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp
  6. Soda ¼ tsp
  7. Bread Crumbs ½ cup
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Salt as required
  10. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  11. Chaat Masala2 tsp

Method
In a fish add all the given ingredients except oil and leave it for 2 to 3 hours. Now heat oil add marinated fish and fry.
