📜Ingredients:
✅Potatoes-600 g
✅Salt,pepper-to taste
✅Cheese, grated-60 g

📝To fill:
✅Cream 20% -300 ml
✅Bay leaf-1 PC.
✅Thyme-0.5 tsp.
✅Nutmeg-2 pinches
✅Egg-1 PC.

🔖For the form:
✅Butter-2-3 tsp.
✅Garlic-4 to 6 cloves
✅Green onions for decoration
✅Baby sausages-6 PCs.
✅Cherry tomatoes-6-8 PCs.

⚙This trade:
1️⃣ clean the Potatoes,divide into thin petals. I did portions of the ceramic plates (11 cm in diameter).

2️⃣ put some soft butter and crumble the butter garlic. I do so not only in this recipe,garlic is not particularly stands out,but the flavor transfers to the dish!

3️⃣ Distributable part of the potato petals to the bottom,sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat the layers until the potatoes over.

4️⃣ Do fill in: hot, not much cream with the Bay leaf and thyme. Give to stand,the sheet is removed. Thyme remains,add nutmeg,egg,whisk in a shaker or with a whisk. Fill the potatoes.

5️⃣ Put in the hot oven and bake until the potatoes will not absorb the cream and not prigotovitsya.

6️⃣ At this time, finely grate the cheese and sprinkle the potatoes are almost ready. Bake until Golden brown. Just bake 50 minutes,but if in the same form,longer! Yet we must remember that it takes time to heat the thick ceramic.
