Pork chops – 1 serving
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – half head
Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
Cream 30% - 50-70 ml
Sage leaves – a bunch
Parsley chopped – 2 tsp
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Pork wash, dry with towel, season with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom heat the oil, fry the meat on both sides for 6-8 minutes, drain on a plate.
In the remaining oil saute the chopped onion until light Golden color. Pour into the pan the vinegar, wait until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
Put the meat back in the pan, add half a Cup of water, cream, finely chopped sage leaves and parsley. Simmer for about 6-7 minutes.
Meat again put the pan onto a clean plate. Continue to cook the sauce until the liquid will remain approximately 3 tablespoons.
Pork pour the sauce and serve with chopped fresh parsley.
