Ingredients.

  • 200 grams of fish fillet.
  • 15mls of oyster sauce.
  • 1/2 lemon (thinly sliced).
  • 15mls of cooking wine.
  • 15mls of honey.
  • 15mls of oil.
  • A little of pepper, salt.

Instructions.

  • Rinse well fish, put it into a deep plate, mix well with oyster sauce, honey, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap food for about 15 minutes.
  • Arrange the fish into a baking tray, lining the bottom of the baking tray with kitchen foil. Arrange sliced of lemon on the fish.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C, cover the baking tray with kitchen foil, bake for about 20 minutes is done.
