Summer is here, and now, it's time for desserts. And i want to show you about coconut milk panna cotta with lychee. It's cool and make easy.
Ingredients for coconut milk panna cotta with lychee.
- 1.5 tbsp Gelatin.
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
- 150 grams sugar.
- 230 grams whipping cream.
- 400 mls coconut milk.
- 1 canned lychee.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Mix well 1,5 tbsp Gelatin with 60 mls of water.
Step 2:
- Wait until Gelatin freeze, then put it into a large bowl, with 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 230 grams whipping cream (heated). Stir well until all of the ingredients dissolve.
Step 3:
- Then pour 400 mls coconut milk. Final is add 150 grams sugar, continue to stir well.
- Pour slowly mixtured panna cotta into a cup. Put it into the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours.
Step 4:
- After 6-8 hours, take panna cotta out of the refrigerator. Add lychees and syrup on top.
PS: You can use other fruits and syrup instead lychee.
