How to make nutrious pumpkin soup for kid.

Pumpkin is a good health food, stimulate a child's creative and intelligent. Let's make pumpkin soup in that recipe.

Ingredients.

  • 2 lbs pumpkin.
  • 30 mls oil.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • 1 onion.
  • 3 finely chopped cloves garlic.
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder.
  • 750 mls vegetable broth.

Step by step guides.

Step 1:

  • Heat oven at 180 degrees celcius.
  • Rinse the pumpkin, remove grains. Sliced into small pieces.
  • Then pour 30 mls oil on the pumpkin. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper.

Step 2:

  • Put the pumpkin in the oven, bake at 180 degrees celcius for about 1-2 hours. When you see the pumpkin tender is done.

Step 3:

  • Rinse the onion, thinly slice. Fry onion with oil on the hot pan until fragrant. Add chopped garlic, stir-fry well for about 10 minutes.
  • Continue to add 1 tbsp coriander powder.
  • Then add 750 mls vegetable broth. Stir well until all of the ingredients mix well together.

Step 4:

  • Pour the mixture into a blender. Then add pumpkin and blender until puree.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl or plate. Garnish with whipping cream or coriander if you want.
