Hello steemians here I present you a recipe for a very tasty biscuit, called biscotis.
They are very good soaked in milk, with a rustic and a little retro look, but good, good, good, so good that if you prepare a weekend or why not a afternoon as a snack, I promise you want to repeat every week to have homemade homemade healthy and genuine cookies.Grandma's cookies are perfect for breakfast for the whole family.

Light, crumbly and healthy, are the classic cookies to soak, to enjoy with a cup of milk. They are rustic and genuine cookies, prepared with the recipe of the grandmothers, those of the past, without too many luxuries and simple ingredients. Grandma's cupcakes are in fact made with oil instead of butter, and therefore are even lighter and suitable for everyone.

An advice? Prepare a double dose, because at breakfast they will be taken!

Preparation:
The grandmothers did not use kneading machines and we will not use them in this preparation of biscotti. .
Form a crater with the flour, add the eggs and sugar and mix the eggs and sugar in the crater.
Add the olive oil, the pinch of salt, the vanilla and begin to combine the flour from the flat crater, without mixing too much.
Add the hot milk and pour it gradually over the dough you are working on.
You will obtain a homogeneous mass, do not work too much the dough, the less you work, the more rustic the cookies will be (it is what we want)
Form a snake with the dough, cut it into squares or rectangles and then cut a horizontal line on the cookie with a knife.!
