- fillet -1 kg,
- cheese - 250 g,
- green (half-bunch),
- salt (to taste),
- seasonings (to taste).
Cooking metod
- Cut the fillet and cheese into small cubes and add chopped green onions.
- Mix and add salt, seasonings to taste.
- Next, form the cutlets and send to a preheated oven for 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
If desired, you can fry them in a frying pan in breadcrumbs.
